'RHOA' star Sanya Richar-Ross welcomes third child

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star and retired American track and field athlete, Sanya Richards-Ross, has welcomed her third child, a son, with Aaron Ross.

The star announced the arrival of their bundle of joy in her Instagram stories via a video shared on Tuesday, July 1.

Mentioning her husband in the video post at top of which was a black and white graphic stating, "I’m so happy.”

Back in February 2023, the reality TV star and Aaron announced that they are expecting their third child together in a joint post on Instagram, where Sanya was seen showing off her baby bump.

Previously, Sanya had been vocal about the challenges she faced during her past pregnancies.

During a 2023 episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, the star opened up about her pregnancy loss she experienced before welcoming her son Asani.

She said, "Everything was fine at my five-week checkup, but when I back to Dr. Jackie for my seven-week checkup, she told me that the baby wasn’t growing and it looked like it was no longer a viable pregnancy."

The actress tearfully revealed, "I was rushed off in an ambulance to the hospital. I lost so much blood that I had to get a blood transfusion. Especially not having Ross there, being by myself, it was really, really hard."

For those unversed, Richards-Ross and Aaron got married in 2010. The couple also share two sons, Aaron, 7, and Asani, nearly 19 months.
